Leaders in Training (LITs) will be an integral part of the Camp KEFF team this summer, helping to support our campers in having the most FUN and unforgettable summer ever. Join a community of friends as you grow in leaps and bounds as a leader, having loads of fun while you build your own professional skills.
As an LIT you’ll receive special trainings to learn about group facilitation, team building, and youth development. LIT activities will be geared towards building healthy communication skills, self-reflection practice, and a strong work ethic. And you will gain valuable volunteer hours! If you’re entering Grade 11, you’ll also be eligible to work as an Extended Care Counselor for the second half of the summer.
